"I have been looking for two
books that are out of print. Both are by LaPlantz, Plaited Basketry: The Woven Form and
The Mad Weave Book. Does anyone know where these can be obtained? "

Sometimes finding a basketry related
book or other publication can be a very difficult thing to do. Often this type of
publication is originally self-published or published by a small press. In many cases the
book was published in a small run to begin with and fell out of print rapidly. Trying to
find some of these books may end up being an elusive search, but if you are patient and
persistent you will probably be successful in the end.
Let me share with you some of my favorite online book search utilities and other
strategies for locating that basketry book that you may have thought you would never find.
